Hi Guys,
I will create a Tutorial about Importon + irradiance Particle + Final Gather importance Sampling.
I have do Test and i am little confused.
This setting work at 3dsmax2013 and final gather importance = "partial", if i use "on" it is to dark.
Importon + FG:
- importon on
- use trace depth of Importon to set the Depth Bounce of Final Gather
- Final Gather Depth Bounce is 0
- irradiance particle on
- irradiance particle interpolation always
Importon + irradiance Particle + Final Gather:
- importon on
- irradiance particle on
- irradiance particle interpolation always
- Final Gather Depth 1- X ( here set you the irradiance particle passes)
Is this correct?
Why comes this messages?
a) set irradiance depth 0 and final gather depth to 0.
- if i do this, and all Depth 0, give it no irradiance particles calculation
b) set irradiance particle depth to 5 and final gather to 0
- if i set irradiance particle depth to 5 and Finalgather to 0, no irradiance particle calculation.
