3DS plugin

hi

1. installled the 3DS plugin as instructed
2. set the evironment variable as instructed
2. load the cubes.max file
4. I do see the "realitydesigner" menu; select "Export aplication"
5 Select visualize.xml

Maxscript error: Unkown property: "RSLoadTemplate" is undefined

if i select "showlog window" from the menu i get:

Hi Gusa,
those error messages mean that the plug-in was not loaded. Since you have followed all install instructions, I can only guess a version mismatch: can you please check whether you are really installing the correct version on whichever 3dsmax you are using (eg: use the 2008 bin on 3dsmax 2008, ect...)
In order to verify whether the plug-in was loaded or not, please do the following: on the main menu bar, select "Customize" then "Plug-in manager...". Scroll down until you reach "RSEXPORT.DLU" and verify that it is correctly loaded from the provided location.
