Server crash when accessing docs

While I was browsing the docs, I set the URL to `http://example.com:8080/?doc=rtmp_create_encoder` and the server crashed.

This is repeatable and happens every time that URL is visited.

The server is rsws-deved-132392.12655 running on x86_64 Windows 7.
