I got this problem since i've tried mental mill artist edition with 3DSmax 2010.
when i'm loading the ".xmsl " into a new directX Shader in 3Dsmax :
- the shader works correctly in my 3DSmax viewport but doesn't work with mental ray, which give me an error message with " xxx shader not found ".
i got this problem with all the shader which come from mental mill ( i tried with different demo project which is into the mental mill program folder ).
I've read that some people got the same problem, but i couldn't found any working solution, and that's why i try to post this right here.
