I am sorry but this old RS version had some problems that should have been fixed in the meantime. The best for you would be to upgrade to the newest release (version rs-2.1-1.1.10.496), that can be downloaded on the website.

It would be interesting for us to see what is going on in that export, so if you want and if the exported application is not too big, please upload here.

This RealityDesigner is also not the latest and greatest but this does not cause any errors. You can download a newer version from our Website also.
