I'm getting these error messages when rendering an outdoor scene

"cannot invert a transformation matrix" & "triangulation of polygon list from object" & when the rendering is finished only the environment map appears which is Mr physical sky
for the second error it's accompanied by object names from the scene, those objects are parts of a building which I have divided & animated each of them separately to mimic the construction process.
there are two daylights in the scene & I have already tried to delete one of them but that didn't change anything.
I have noticed that when I render at the end of the animation sequence when all the parts of the building are put together I don't get those errors.

I'm using 3ds max 2010, rendering on a core 2 duo e8400, 4G of ram machine

From a basic point of view, it looks like it's failing to tessellate the geometry. Either the source is corrupt or there's something illegal about the geometry.

Have you isolated the geometry in a scene by itself and rendered? Just one piece that it complains about.

Hi,

Are you sure the error is causing all the scene to get black? Can you at least see the objects in the alpha channel ? I would first check that if the objects or the illumination is missing. I've noticed that you also checked the placeholder, try turning it off. Also I would turnf off the displacement to have a try. It seems like there are also warnings about displacements.. I've also noticed that u have no lights in the scene, are using a HDRI env. as a light? If so check the output value for the environment bitmap
