hi there, ive got a new pc which is windows7 64bit installed with core i 7 cpu.
im really satisfied with that speed and it does work correctly.
but just one problem happens and i cant find out the solution by myself...

the problem is mr sky model which is Perez and CIE.
If i use these two model in my scene, heavy artifacts(?) happen. image shown in my attachment.

if there is someone in such a situation, give me some advice please.

i know autodesk has not make an official statement about 3dsmax compatibility with windows7 but i wanna and have to use that os with my work.

thx, advance.

I've been using Win7 for quite a while and have not noticed any rendering difference between that OS and XP or Vista. Have you tried this on a different OS and it works fine?

Thx for your comment Jenni

ive got another machine which is win XP installed.
That machine works fine, no bugs with that situation.
Ive never tried on win vista.

Im not really sure win7 causes that problem, the possibility comes with maybe cpu or graphics card etc...

you mean you dont have that bug on your win7 machine?

Hi Shin, I noticed this problem last year and I already comunicated to the dev team. it happens in Vista64 too. I don't think is relative to the OS.

I never had any news if they found any solution...

Thanks,
