Is there a way to apply an output shader before the antialiasing on a primary frame buffer ?
Or a way to apply an image antialiasing after the ouput shader ?

I am not with mental ray standalone, but with the integrated version with Max, Maya and XSI.

Output shaders, by definition, work on pixels, so that happens after whatever filter option you choose that converts samples to pixels.

There are things called sample passes. And you can make shaders which work on those. These store out the samples before conversion to pixels.

At this time I am doing the antialiasing myself.
I'll give a look at sample passes.
